1. Vaibhav Sooryavanshi (Rajasthan Royals)

Vaibhav Sooryavanshi changed the course of cricket this year. At just 15 years old, this kid wreaked havoc throughout the tournament. Vaibhav scored 776 runs in 16 innings, with a strike rate of 237.30! He hit the most sixes in the tournament, 72. Vaibhav set a new record this year by winning all three awards: Orange Cap, MVP, and Emerging Player.

2. Sai Sudharsan (Gujarat Titans)

Gujarat Titans ke liye is season agar koi sabse bada sankatmochan (savior) banna, toh wo hain Sai Sudharsan. Unhone is saal top order mein batting karte huye kamaal ki consistency dikhai aur 17 innings mein 722 runs thok diye. Sai Sudharsan ki sabse khaas baat unka calm aur composed attitude hai; chahe wicket jitni bhi jaldi girein, wo ek chhor par khade hokar innings ko anchor karte hain. Unhone is season na sirf lambe aur sunehre shots khele balki zaroorat padne par apna gear badal kar tezi se run banana bhi seekha. Unka yeh 700+ runs wala season yeh saaf dikhata hai ke wo ab sirf ek emerging player nahi rahe, balki Indian cricket ke agle sabse dependable batsman ban chuke hain.

3. Anshul Kamboj (Mumbai Indians)

Mumbai Indians are always known for their scouting, and Anshul Kamboj is their biggest find this year. Anshul impressed everyone with his excellent line and length this season. He took 21 wickets throughout the season and led the local bowling department. His wicket-taking ability was excellent in both the powerplay and middle overs, making him a perfect bowling partner with Jasprit Bumrah.

4. Kartik Sharma (Chennai Super Kings)

Kartik Sharma was purchased by Chennai Super Kings for a whopping ₹14.20 crore in the IPL 2026 auction. The hefty price tag never showed any fear on his face. Kartik, batting in the top order, gave CSK solid starts in several matches. His technical batting and ability to handle spin easily made him their most reliable batsman on Chennai's slow tracks.

5. Prashant Veer (Chennai Super Kings)

Along with Kartik Sharma, Prashant Veer also became CSK's joint-most expensive uncapped player at the same price. Prashant's finishing role in the middle order was so impressive that everyone was surprised. His hard-hitting and skill in hitting crucial sixes played a major role in CSK's success in reaching the playoffs. His batting average remained top-tier until the end.

6. Mukul Choudhary (Lucknow Super Giants)

Lucknow Super Giants coach Justin Langer had stated before the tournament that he would develop Mukul Choudhary into India's most effective finisher. Mukul proved his coach's words true. Batting at No. 6 and No. 7, he displayed such explosive power-hitting in difficult situations that the bowlers had no answer to him. His wicket-keeping skills make him even more valuable to the team.

7. Prince Yadav (Delhi Capitals)

Prince Yadav was an unsung hero this season, contributing with both bat and ball. He took 16 wickets while bowling for Delhi Capitals and scored crucial runs quickly, albeit in small numbers, whenever the team needed to bat. His economy rate and game awareness have led experts to believe he could become a good bowling all-rounder in the future.

8. Rasikh Salam (Delhi Capitals)

Rasikh Salam has played in the IPL before, but IPL 2026 was truly his breakout season. He took on the responsibility of bowling in the death overs for Delhi Capitals and took 19 wickets. His spell of 4/24 was one of the best of his career. He possesses a wonderful blend of yorkers and change of pace that prevents batsmen from settling down in T20 cricket.

9. Allah Ghazanfar (Mumbai Indians)

This young mystery spinner from Afghanistan kept Mumbai Indians' spin attack alive. Allah Ghazanfar took 15 wickets this season, and his economy rate was remarkable. Even the best international batsmen failed to decipher his carrom ball and googly. Bowling like this on flat Mumbai wickets showcases his true quality.

10. Sameer Rizvi (Punjab Kings)

After joining the Punjab Kings (PBKS) from the Chennai Super Kings, Sameer Rizvi cemented his place in the middle order this season. Sameer scored 485 runs in the entire season, with his highest score being an excellent 98*. He displayed amazing hard-hitting against both spin and fast bowlers and played the role of a finisher in the lower-middle order supe

IPL 2026 has made it clear that franchises are now preferring to invest in young local talent rather than chasing big international names. Chennai Super Kings' spending ₹14.20 crore on Kartik Sharma and Prashant Veer is the biggest proof of this. Also, a 15-year-old like Vaibhav Sooryavanshi dominating the entire tournament shows how high the level of India's domestic circuit (like Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy and U-19 tournaments) has become. Now coaches and captains give full freedom to young players from the very first match so that they can play their natural game without any pressure.

IPL 2026 will always be remembered for the brilliant dominance of the young generation. While senior players were seen struggling, youngsters like Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, Anshul Kamboj and Kartik Sharma won the matches on their own. These young stars are not only assets to their IPL teams, but very soon some of them will also be seen donning the blue jersey of the Indian National Team.
