Sandeep Lamichhane is a Nepalese leg-spinner who became one of his country’s most widely recognized cricketers through international and franchise cricket. Born in Syangja, he bowls right-arm leg-breaks and uses googlies, flight, and changes of pace to challenge batters. His ability to take wickets in the middle overs made him valuable in the shorter formats, particularly when teams needed to break partnerships. Lamichhane gained global attention after becoming the first Nepalese cricketer selected for an Indian Premier League team in 2018.
