About

Aaron Hardie was born in Bournemouth, England, but his family moved to Australia when he was only two years old. He made his Big Bash League (BBL) debut in 2019 for Perth Scorchers. In his very first match, he impressed everyone with his brilliant bowling and soon became a must-have all-rounder for the team. PSL 11 (2026) was a memorable tournament in his career where he represented Peshawar Zalmi. Throughout the season, he maintained a balance in both batting and bowling. He scored 133 runs in 6 innings and also took 11 wickets with the ball. His tremendous performance helped Zalmi a lot in the decisive stages of the tournament. The final match of PSL 11 truly belonged to Aaron Hardie. He first took 4 wickets while bowling and then played a brilliant inning of 56 runs* in crucial times to help Peshawar Zalmi win the trophy. Due to his excellent all-round performance, he was awarded the Player of the Match, and he became the first player to achieve this double milestone (56 runs and 4 wickets) in a PSL final.
